The corporate headquarters for the car industry business is in Rehau and for Commercial Construction is in Erlangen. The administrative headquarters of the REHAU Group is located in Muri bei Bern, Switzerland.

"Exploitative work environment; poorly-defined, ever-increasing workload and pathetic wages coupled with non-existent employee welfare. Selfish, self-serving management who display a marked unwillingness to listen to feedback, are slow to adapt to changing realities and prefer to bury their collective heads in the sand, contributing to shrinking sales. The company does not believe in engaging in fair hiring practices; fraught with nepotism and backdoor entry hires. Despite a pool of qualified locals, management fills top positions with Caucasians, most who do not possess specialised skill sets. Management professes to ‘embrace diversity’ and be ‘respectful of different cultures’ but what transpired during my time with Rehau was a consistent, recurring pattern of racial discrimination and normalised xenophobia. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of working with foreign hires (of various ethnicities) who thought it acceptable to behave pompously and treat the locals with barely veiled contempt. I did not speak up then but I will speak out now because their behaviour was so odious it was beyond the pale. Rehau does not believe in fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities towards the local community."

"- Unsustainable business in the long-run with low potential for growth - Internal company processes are not made transparent, with lack of documentation and poor handing over of tasks and responsibilities, leading to a lot of inefficiencies and confusion - Poor work culture with tendency towards passive aggressive behaviour, indirect communication which led to poorly planned work and unresolved expectations - some colleagues were very uncooperative and not supportive, affecting day-to-day performance - poor management & leadership abilities, with tendency towards throwing temper tantrums in a bid to get things done or message across"

"They don't care about their employees at all! After 10 years at this place myself and most of everyone I worked with at the time found yourself replaced by temps for one reason or another. They work you to death and let us go without thinking twice about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone that is looking for long term work or friendly work environment!"

"Everything else. Arrogant and elitist attitudes from everyone above you on the "organigram". The reviews above that say it's a great place, are clearly written by one of their many HR drones who spend most of their day making sure their ties are not wrinkled and kissing some higher ups rear. The guy that said they sweep problems under the rug is spot on. If you dare attend one of their "consultation days" be prepared to get laid off soon after."

"Loved the job, hated the people. Leadhands often times sleeping with employees. Same goes for supervisors. You supervisors will bully you, your quality inspector will bully you. Every single person there will talk bad about you. If I could start over and never talk to anyone there. I would. I loved my job, got increasingly more skilled. "Be aware. Rehau HR and upper management is a joke. Upper management and HR will believe anything your flunky supervisor may say about you rather true or not. They may call you in to HR any time without warning and your gone. They call it a lay off but that is not what it is at all. Someone has told someone who tells someone something about you or makes any kind of a slanderous untrue story about you and boom your gone. No conversation, no warnings, no write ups nothing. HR is the biggest joke of all. They do not support the employees unless your a manager. if your not a manager you are a nobody to HR. Most of the supervisors will stab you in the back to promote themselves in a heart beat."
